Data Protection

Hosted.AI automatically manages database backups for the Cluster Panel — there's no manual intervention required. The system uses a tiered schedule so both recent and historical restore points stay available:

• Every 2 hours, for the last 24 hours
• Every 6 hours, for the last 3 days
• Weekly, for the last 4 weeks
• Monthly, for the last 3 months

Backups live on dedicated metadata volumes. An automated cleanup process regularly removes backups that have aged out of their retention tier — no manual action needed, and every cleanup is logged (support can provide the log details on request).

Restore from a backup through the Cluster Panel UI.
