Migrate Instance

Migrate is available from an instance's action menu while the instance is active, stopped, or shut off. The page shows the instance's current vCPUs, memory, root disk, current node, and IP for reference, then walks through:

1. Post migration actions — choose whether to start the instance automatically once migration completes (on by default).
2. Select processing unit — pick the destination compute node from the rack layout, then the specific processing unit on that node. If no racks or nodes are available for migration, the form says so.
3. Selection Overview — review the destination, then Start.
