Create Instance Type Policy

Draft — needs screenshots. This section hasn't been through the docs-capture pipeline yet, so there are no screenshots. Steps are ported from the previous documentation.

1. Go to Policies → Instance type policies, then click Create policy.
2. Give the policy a name, then Next step.
3. Select the instance types to include, then continue.
4. Optionally assign the policy to one or more teams — it can still be created without one — then Finish.

The new policy appears in the Instance Type Policies list. To confirm it took effect for a team, check Teams → team → Accelerators → Subscribe to Pool.
